When we stood in the apartment, I was happy at first. It was divided into two rooms with a little entrance. Furniture was in a bright tone, what made the whole seem friendly. Furniture was quite new, too, and a little bit used. As a welcome there was a bowl of good-tasting fruits standing in our seating corner, which seemed like a winter garden. In addiction there were plates, cutlery and cared napkins of cloth.

Behind the seating corner there was a safe to be found which is roomy and easy to program. A safe only exists in the apartments of the hotel. The other rooms probably don’t need it because one can’t even close the doors to the balcony there. Otherwise we could hardly open the door to the balcony, because it was hard-going.

Outside we had a beautiful view over the sea. The rooms of the hotel all face the garden and the hotel is stretched itself. We were at the top of one side and didn’t only look into the swimming bay of the hotel but also over a public beach which was just behind the hotel. So the opposite views were quite extreme. On the hotel side there were topless Russian girls and on the public side there were veiled Egyptian girls with their black suits. Never mind. The main view faced the sea. The boring plastic furniture weren’t really amazing. A little bit embarrassing were the boats which landed along the beach. But we didn’t have any noise pollution.

There were enough tables to put things on it in the room. On one desk there was a TV with a few German channels. Next to it there was a mini bar which was not filled indeed. Water accrued on the ground when you put something into it. Although you could use it as a fridge. Admittedly you could hardly stash the clothes. Indeed there was a closet which was not very deep. You had to hang the clothes-hanger angular that you could close the door. Furthermore there was only one clipboard fairly at the top which carried already some warm blankets. Otherwise there was only the ground of the closet to place things on. There we planted our shoes. The rest was kept in the suitcase.

The bed was comfortable, large and had a continuos mattress. The air conditioner aimed at the bed, but when you turned the fins towards the ceiling the problem was solved. The bed was designed nicely and there were large bedside cabinets with lamps belonging to them. So that you did not have to walk on the cold flagstones the bed was turned over with nice carpets.

The bathroom was clean and passably nice designed. However proportional to the room it was quiet small. Furthermore the sloppily relocation of the flagstones, but which is norm in such countries, bothered me a little bit. Therefore we had a tub with enough place and needn’t wait a long time for warm water. The towels were always clean, fluffy and were exchanged regularly. In a basket there was shower gel and shampoo, but I didn’t use it.
But the calmness in the room was perfect. The suits are with a small corridor separated from the long hotel corridor and in the evening you could shut another door. So you are separated from all the other guests with two doors and so you have your calm. After the din of the very first night there, I was very thankful for that.
Also the cleaning of the room was good unless always a little bit late. The reason is without much doubt that the room is the last one of the corridor.
