We were able to see that this behaviour was not just by us seen with a negative touch. Other guests got pissed off as they were yelled at when they tried to explain a servant that they do not accept his behaviour. At least for a "five-star-ship" this is unworthy and sad. Sad because most of the tourists wont remember the two nice guys from the reception but they will hold the trouble from the last evening in their mind. Perhaps did we just give the tip quite too early to the servants. I think if you would pay only the half the amount in the beginning and the rest when you leave, their motivation can be raised (-;
