Look in one of the Afrikaans Kokerbooms

Over the B 4 and the C 14 we firstly arrive – between the black margin in the east and the lower red margin in the west – at Bethanien and a short distance farther at Helmeringhausen. What the two villages connect (despite of the C 14 and their history): Today they seemed to be nearly extinct. So we have already in Bethanien the feeling that our travelling group is almost numerically superior to the natives.

Children with monkey
here raves the life

In Helmeringhausen the streets are finally totally abandoned. Next to our one, another bus stops. Probably you can already call that rush hour. Anyway, there’s a little hotel with an also little but neat garden in Helmeringhausen. However, we just stop for a pee. Annette and me need neither that nor the shopping facility. Nevertheless, we like to use the stop to walk around a bit and to watch two children playing with a monkey.
