in the garden of Casa Aroma de Campo

Apart from the damage the storm caused, the garden looked really lovely. A hedge of bougainvillaea is blooming, there are palm trees, flamboyant trees, high growing benjamin plants and some other types of bushes, which we have never seen anywhere else.

And then there was the matter with Koki and the wind. Unfortunately, the bird has found out a few days before the hurricane that he can fly. Stupidly, the bird starts just then, as the wind begins. Thereby Koki was disappeared. In the night, the next day and also the second night he had to endure outside. Shortly before our departure, I looked something clumsy fly past the hotel. After we found him in a tree, he flew a wide bend and landed midway through our breakfast.
